  We enjoyed going in the hot tube, although we did have to wait about ten minutes. It could have been hotter. I was surprised to learn that children under twelve are not allowed (we didn't read the rules ahead of time because we always go in hot tubs with our daughters)

  There was only coffee whitener not half and half for the coffee! We were detained in the lobby due to a gas leak. Luckily, it was resolved quickly.

  Very close to Old City, excellent friendly service, very comfortable accommodation. There are microwave (free) and coffee machine ($1) in the lobby. Just a few blocks from Rue Cartier's Metro store where you can find affordable, delicious food for the whole family. A true 4-star hotel.

  No free WiFi horrible business center waited an hour to use computer to print boarding passes had hard time getting connected to the WiFi at $15 a day went down to pool area very busy had to take kids out of pool on too different days to many people in pool not so clean and no towels

  Location - it was located right next to Old Quebec City and the Plains of Abraham for the concerts.

  You had to pay for the internet. When you're paying rates for a higher end hotel free internet should be included.

  Deluxe room with fireplace and jacuzzi was top notch and overlooked the winter canival site at Battlefields Park. Spent 3 nights here and then 1 night at the Chateau Frontenac. Wished we had not moved from the Laurier.

  Nice view of courtyard from room and very close to the walls of old Quebec City.

  Room was a bit shabby and bathroom smelled.

  The location was perfect for our first trip to Quebec City, The economy room we stayed in was quiet, clean, while affording us all the same services as the full size room. The concierge, Julie, was super and provide us with great insights as to where to go in the city.

  The staff were excellent, extremely helpful, pointed out a few events that we wouldn't have found on our own that we truly enjoyed. The room we booked was basic, no frills, but perfect as a home base as we spent very little time in the room. We used the gym and it was tiny but had all we needed.

  This being the first time in Quebec City, we were able to maximize our experience by being close to everything. It was great to be able to walk outside the hotel and be able to be so close to the historical sites, old Quebec City, parliament buildings, great places to eat and shopping of course.

  The in house restaurant is a chain chicken place akin to Swiss Chalet, and therefore very limited. There are good reastaurants nearby.

  Within one block of the Old City and Battlefield Park, Chateau Laurier is in an ideal location. We walked everywhere from the hotel. It is also situated on Grand Alee, which is lined with restaurants. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. It was an excellent choice and I would stay here again.

  The staff was friendly and helpful. There were 5 of us in one room, 2 adults, 3 adolescents but the room was very large and comfortable. The location is perfect for a vacation. It is a short walk to Old Quebec, and on a busy, charming street with many restaurants. It is a short walk to Benjo Toy Store and Jean Paul Street which has many boutique stores. We loved it and would recommend it.

  The parking is very expensive but we were warned beforehand.

  It was conveniently located near the tourist section, but just enough outside to avoid the snarl of traffic. The staff was completely bilingual and extremely competent. The rooms had an understated elegance.
